You may be asked to have a health check by your employer. There are many places to get this done but probably the most central place for people living in Sapporo is the L Plaza. You will most likely be given a form by your employer to take with you. Hand this in at the reception. It will take one week to receive the results. You will have to go back to the L plaza to collect the results.
